Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By submitting the online sign-up form, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below. You agree that any use of the services provided by EnviBin and/or its agents shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The service EnviBin and/or its agents provides under these terms and conditions is as per the client's request on the online sign-up form. By completing the form and accepting the terms & conditions, the client agrees to the type, quantity and frequency of service EnviBin and/or its agents provides.
Service fees are payable monthly in advance. Clients will be invoiced by the 20th of each month for services rendered the following month. Invoices must be paid no later than the last day of each month.
Late payments will result in services not being provided until payment has been received. No refunds or credits for future services will be granted resulting to services not being provided because of late payments.
Currently EnviBin agents does not charge VAT.
No refunds will be paid back to clients for services not being provided because of any logistical reasons preventing EnviBin and/or its agents from providing its services. Clients will however receive credits towards future services being rendered where the Client is not the reason for the prevention of services being delivered.
Cancellation within 14 days of online sign-up:
The client has the right to cancel the online sign-up within 14 days from doing so. If EnviBin and/or its agents have already provided the service, the client are liable for the costs charged as set out in this online sign-up.
Cancellation after the initial 14 days "cool off" period:
If EnviBin and/or its agents requires to cancel the contract, the customer will be provided a minimum of 30 days' notice via e-mail to the address provided by the client on the online sign-up form. Any outstanding credits will be honoured by EnviBin and/or its agents.
If the client wishes to cancel the agreement, EnviBin and/or its agents requires a calendar months' notice. Notice must be given via e-mail to email@example.com.
EnviBin and/or its agents will provide its cleaning services as far as possible on the same day as what the bins are emptied (or otherwise agreed upon by the client and EnviBin and/or its agents). The frequency of our services is determined by the selection the client made on the online sign-up form.
If the service provider that empties the bins fail to do so on the scheduled day, EnviBin and/or its agents cannot be held liable for the cleaning service not done. EnviBin and/or its agents can also not be held financially liable in such cases.
If EnviBin and/or its agents have received prior notice from either the client or the service provider that empties the bin, about long term (more than two weeks) failure to empty bins, credit will be given towards future services provided by EnviBin and/or its agents.
EnviBin and/or its agents operates a kerbside service and clients are requested to leave their bin on the boundary of their properties after it has been emptied so that it can be cleaned. Bins will be left where it was found after the cleaning service has been provided.
We cannot clean a bin if it is contaminated with wet paint, excessive amounts of wet oil, or any other substance EnviBin and/or its agents deem harmful to our equipment. Contaminated bins will not be cleaned, and the client will be notified accordingly.
If any rubbish remains in the bin after the refuse collection it will be at the operative's discretion as to whether cleaning can be carried out. If the operative decides to clean the bin, then any rubbish removed will be bagged up and returned. If the bin cannot be cleaned the client will be notified accordingly.
If your bin is going to be unavailable for cleaning on a scheduled cleaning day, please give at least 48 hours' notice to EnviBin. EnviBin and/or its agents will always try to clean the client's bins at the first opportunity after they have been emptied. If the bin is not emptied on the scheduled day, we will endeavour to clean it once it has been emptied, and we've been notified by the client that it is available for cleaning.
If the the service provider that empties the bins notifies the client of any change to the refuse collection schedule, clients must ensure that EnviBin and/or its agents have been made aware of it.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that EnviBin and/or its agents has the correct and current contact details. EnviBin and/or its agents is not liable for any damage howsoever caused to the client's bin or property unless gross negligence on the part of EnviBin and/or its agents can be proven.
